7front-of-house screens, from sign-in to cash-up
7back-office workspaces on the same device
0minutes of downtime for updates, which apply when the device is idle

Four controls every restaurant needs, built into the daily routine

Quantum POS was built by Brandon Cassingena, who ran restaurants as a General Manager and owner before building the system he wanted on the floor.

01Spend
Live turnover on the dashboard, with the month's revenue, expenses, tax owing and margin beside it.
02Stock and cash controls
Every sale deducts stock. On-hand is shown against par, with low items flagged. A four-step cash-up closes each shift, and every closed order is kept for audit.
03Team
A PIN or fingerprint per person. Permissions by role decide who can void or discount. Sensitive actions go into an audit log.
04Suppliers
Supplier invoices tracked as paid, due or overdue. A price comparison shows the cheapest supplier per item before a reorder.
Reports export as PDF or CSV for your accountant.Brandon also runs BC Operations Advisory  →

Common questions

What owners ask first

Yes. The devices sync directly to one another, so you keep trading through an outage and everything reconciles automatically once reconnected.

Standard Android tablets and a compatible receipt or kitchen printer. There are no locked-in terminals.

Currency and tax rate are set per store, and the rate flows through every calculation, invoice and report.

On your own devices, in the restaurant. Master till, terminals and kitchen screens hold one shared picture of every order and bill.

No. The advisory work reads whatever point-of-sale system you already run. Quantum POS is a separate product.
